  • Believe it or not, no snow! :)

    You can expect daytime highs in the mid 70s with evenings and overnights cooling down to the 60s.

  • Yes! All of Spencer’s family and friends are invited to attend the “main event” — the Bar Mitzvah service, at Temple Israel.

    Spencer will read from the Torah and deliver a speech to the congregation about the importance of attaining religious adulthood. Months of study culminate in this one-time special event and having all his people there to support him will mean so much!

    Following the service, lunch is served to all onsite at the synagogue. You can plan to pick up your child around 12.30 PM or set a plan to have them let you know the services have ended. You can expect the luncheon portion to last an hour or less.

    Following the celebrations at the temple, there is some downtime for guests to relax and change. Guests are invited to attend the party at Quincy Hall in NE Mpls at 6.30 PM.

    It is customary that when invited, you attend both events, if available (versus choosing one or the other).
